Senior Ux/Ui Designer

What will you do?
Your role & responsibilities include UX development, concept development & usability engineering.
As a Senior UX Designer (m/f/d), you will lead a user-centered design process, defining interaction models, user task flows and UI specifications to create valuable solutions for diverse needs, working end-to-end to ship great products. With us you will be a part of our collaborative and agile team working hands-on with Researchers, Visual UI Designers, Product Owner, Software Engineers and Data Consultants on business critical projects to create the next generation of insurance experiences.
What are we looking for?
Your experience is what we are looking for:

Proven skills in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products and platforms with strong knowledge of conception and prototyping
Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
Attention to detail
Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
Excited to work in a community of designers and being open to share ideas, review the work of others and contribute to Design System
Willingness to take over task cross-products and topic ownership as well as educating Junior UX Designers
Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms
A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across a breadth of business verticals
5+ years of experience doing what you do
Fluent in English, German optional
