\n What you´ll do:During the unfixed term contract, you will:Work closely with product teams to identify research topicsCombine strategic visioning and analytical activity, moving between macro trends and micro trends in Emma Product systems and experiences, and developing empirically substantiated points of viewsDesign studies that address both user behavior and attitudesGenerate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designsPlan and execute rigorous end-to-end custom primary research using the right methodology (qualitative methods), and distill data-informed recommendations through the lens of business impact and user experienceWork cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketingCommunicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways to a broad and diverse audience including executive stakeholders, and across organizational boundariesAct as a thought leader in research, while advocating for people who use our productsDeliver actionable research insights that make our product experiences measurably better Who we´re looking for:Ph.D. or Masters in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Political Science or related fields with empirical research experience5+ years' experience conducting qualitative research in a corporate environment, including concept-testing, usability, interviews, diary studies, contextual inquiry/observations, ethnographyExperience with in-person researchExperience working with small to very large sample sizesExperience conveying research findings and implications to diverse audiences (incl. diverse functions, seniority, and through different research artifacts)Impeccable research rigor and experience delivering polished outputsAnalytical, project management, and problem-solving experienceExperience with autonomy and independent decision-making to weigh tradeoffs and balance demands What we offer:Unfixed term contractA combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one — you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
