We are looking for a unique and multi-faceted Senior UX Engineer (half marketer, half project manager, and half designer) to join our talented team and reflect our vision in incredible user experiences for our circular economy SaaS. If you are passionate about user experience design and front-end development, you have everything it takes to thrive with us.
Your impact in the role Lead the product UX design strategy , through a scalable and modular strategy:
Conduct customer and competitor analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors and preferences;
Create wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma to iterate on design concepts;
Conduct usability testing and design reviews to guarantee the effectiveness of the product design;
Identify opportunities to redesign, maintain or update existing components to reflect changes in user requirements;
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles to solve complex problems and ensure that the product remains scalable and accessible ;
Experience with backlog management and prioritization to ensure alignment with business goals;
Expertise in frontend frameworks like React and combine with the knowledge and understanding of design processes ;
Knowledge of information architecture principles to optimize user experience;
Ability to assess the technical feasibility of the product and work among developers to identify and resolve implementation challenges ;
Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to the rest of the team.
What matters the most for this role Academic background in IT and/or Design areas;
5+ years of experience in a UX and front-end development role;
Experience in a sustainability or circular economy role will be valued;
Expertise in React.js;
Strong understanding of user experience design principles, interaction design, and usability principles.
Strong leadership and management skills;
Great communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to handle changing priorities;
