Your impact in the role Lead the product design strategy, ensuring an amazing user experience aligned with our vision; Design and develop innovative user experiences in the circular economy context; Guarantee theUX State of the Art of the best platforms in the market; Enhance and guarantee the best product user experience; Develop and maintain UX design systems to ensure their scalability; Conduct user research and user testing to guarantee the effectiveness of the product design; Identify opportunities for product and features enhancements in terms of user experience; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and new features; Create new product user experience ideas to present to the leadership. What matters the most for this role Academic background in IT area; 5+ years of experience in a UX role; Experience ina sustainability or circular economy role will be valued; Strong leadership and management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to handle changing priorities; Are you still not sure this is the place for you?
