If you are passionate about sustainability and innovation, you have everything to join our team.Your impact in the role · Lead the product design strategy, ensuring an amazing user experience aligned with our vision;· Design and develop innovative user experiences in the circular economy context;· Guarantee the UX State of the Art of the best platforms in the market;· Enhance and guarantee the best product user experience;· Develop and maintain UX design systems to ensure their scalability;· Conduct user research and user testing to guarantee the effectiveness of the product design;· Identify opportunities for product and features enhancements in terms of user Experience;· Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product requirements and new features;· Create new product user experience ideas to present to the leadership.What matter the most for this role · Academic background in IT area;· 5+ years of experience in a UX role;· Experience in a sustainability or circular economy role will be valued;· Strong leadership and management skills;· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;· Ability to handle changing priorities;Are you still not sure this is the place for you?
