Responsibilities Manage and contribute to the growth of our design system collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring consistency across our digital solutions.
Drive the delivery of high-quality user experience and interaction design work across the Digital portfolio.
Support the practice and build team expertise across disciplines including user research, interaction design, and visual design.
Be a customer advocate, mastering customer needs and using feedback, user goals, and business requirements to drive clear UX direction to our products as well as value increase appreciation for user-centric design within the organization.
Help to focus the team's efforts through driving UX standards, offering project guidance, and connecting the team to the wider organizational context and ecosystem.
Essential Skills At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
Experience with UX Standards.
Proven experience in product design, from research to information architecture.
Good knowledge of data design, concept design, and iterative prototyping.
Good knowledge of English.
