You'll demonstrate your deep understanding of design principles, systems, and user research to craft visually stunning, user-friendly designs that meet both business and user needs.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with researchers, designers, developers, product managers, and other partners to ensure design consistency, scalability, and outstanding usability!
Key Responsibilities: Take the lead on design initiatives across multiple platforms, driving the user experience and design vision from concept to completion.
You will ensure the product experience is aligned with both user needs and business goals, while also pushing creative boundaries.Contribute to the development and upkeep of our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
Collaborate with the team to follow standard processes, evolve the system as the product grows, and maintain reusable and scalable components.Drive the design process by incorporating user feedback, conducting research, and advocating for the user.
You'll lead efforts in user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to ensure that your designs solve real user problems.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other collaborators to ensure design solutions are implemented efficiently and meet technical and business requirements.
You will be the key point of contact for design feedback and iteration.Build high-quality UI/UX design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction patterns.
Ensure designs are both visually compelling and user-friendly.Share your expertise in design methodologies with junior designers and the broader team.
Foster a culture of learning and growth by providing mentorship and guidance.What We're Looking For: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio with diverse design work, focusing on intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with a solid understanding of design systems and how to implement and maintain them effectively.Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.Strong understanding of user research methods and the ability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions.A deep understanding of design principles, such as typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to balance aesthetic appeal and functionality.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical collaborators.Experience in crafting and maintaining design systems for scalable, consistent, and high-quality user interfaces.Nice to Have: Experience working in a fast-paced startup or growth-focused environment.Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how designs translate into code.Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or similar dashboards, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly reporting interfaces.Familiarity with accessibility standards and up-to-date design approaches.How to Apply: To apply, please submit your resume along with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
