We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our AI-focused company on a mission to revolutionize the real estate industry with our cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance on front-end development best practices.
Stay current on industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
Lead and guide junior designers and interns to help them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements:

5+ years of leadership experience.
Hands-on experience with UI/UX.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Knowledge of user interface design principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Portuguese.
