Confident knowledge of the basics of UX flow and the ability to build UX flow
Understanding of the basics of 2D drawing and the ability to work with vectors in Photoshop
Ability to prioritize feedback in terms of relevance/impact for the project
Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, understanding of usability, application in practice
Knowledge of layout processes and resource optimization
Basic knowledge of typography, color science, composition, infographics, grid system
Creativity and artistic sense
Understanding of demands and trends in the mobile casual game market

The selection process The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task and a technical interview with our Lead UI/UX Designer.
