What you will do: You give the solution its face. You shape compelling interfaces full of elegance and simplicityYou haveKnowledge on how to create and evolve comprehensive design systems with Figma, including connecting Figma with the Development-RepositoryYou are able to handle and solve requests from Design Sytems users in the context of the Design SystemFrom the big line to the beautiful micro-interaction - you work in a team with UX designers, topic experts, developers and are responsible for the visual implementation of online and digital conceptsYou create screen designs for different devices with the highest design & functional qualityYou find the best solutions within the technical possibilities. Of course in close dialog with our developers What we expect: Degree in communication design, interaction design, visual design, product design or equivalent qualificationA Portfolio or references to previous work on User InterfacesAt least 5 years of experience in the development of user-centered digital conceptA flair for trends and innovationsAbility to collaborate with Frontend DevelopersEnthusiasm for interdisciplinary work and designing workshopsUnderstanding of function interactions and user experienceStructured and independent way of working with an eye for detailStrong communication and presentation skillsCuriosity and pleasure in trying out new things Contact Elena Molle
