The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing user-centric products, a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities include:Work with the Product Manager, UX Designer, and the entire product team to define the best solution in the interface to match user needs, using the analysis of the need and wireframes made by the UX designer.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.Review developments to ensure they fit the requirements defined.Contribute to the construction of the Design System according to the needs and evolution of trends in interface design.Ensure adherence to the Design System with the Design System team and the developers.Contribute to the improvement of our "Think, Learn, Design" discovery method, by discussing potential evolutions with the CPO and Product Manager.Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and innovation of our UI designs.What You'll Bring To The Team:5+ years of experience in UI design, preferably with a focus on SaaS or learning platforms.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, with examples of web and mobile applications.Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.Successful experience in creating a Design system, in collaboration with technical and product teams.Have a vision of interface trends and a creative vision while adapting it to the Rise Up Design System.Good spoken and written English.Soft Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.Be a good team player.Be demanding and always put quality first, have critical thinking.Be proactive, dynamic, and very organized.
