You will have ownership of engineering design, coding, and implementation of Cloud Test Platform CI/CD automation. This includes tools and frameworks necessary to support testing and release builds. You will apply your technical knowledge, leadership skills, software development methodologies, best practices, and proven processes to consistently deliver great quality product in a predictable manner. The role is also an ambassador of quality engineering principles in collaboration with developers and product owners. The main goal of this role is to develop and code test scenarios in a Cloud/Java/Terraform environment. This role will define test processes and goals together with development Architects, ensure test plans are appropriate including review of plans done by developers. This role will also assist in the definition and creation of tests and scripts to support customer journey scenarios for contact center features. Responsibilities: Design and code test solutions around Cloud Platform environment with test as infrastructure principles Lead Quality and Automation initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating process definition, best practices and efficient usage of infrastructure
