We are currently recruiting for integration into our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Senior Test Analyst (m/f) - Porto/Híbrido.
Main Functions:Contribute to the design of the Business Analyst tests within a project:Respect the project design and its deliverables;Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the standards in place;Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place);Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope;Contribute to the organisation of the Business Analyst intelligence.Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project:Give the information necessary for the Go/No Go;Execute the tests within his/her scope of competence;Input the test results in the dedicated tool;Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality;Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project.Ensure the reporting of the Tests within a project:Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports;Manage project committees (test progress & defects);Report the required information for the Go/No Go.Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project:Identify anomalies within his/her scope;Input the anomalies into the correct tool;Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies;Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports and procedures.Norms and Standards:Adopt the ETO Service Culture values;Respect the BNP Paribas Cardif France 4S principles;Apply the test procedures defined for the department;Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.Technical Background:Degree in Informatics or related areas;Understand the project's methodology;Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable).Skills (Essential):Minimum 5 years' experience in Test activities or Business Analyst;Able to build a test schedule;Knowledge on Quality Centre;Knowledge in SQL language;Risk identification and follow-up;Coordination and motivation skills;Systematic, critical and logical thinking;Summarization capabilities;Be committed, demanding and pedagogue;French language.Skills (Desirable):5 years of experience;Strive continuously for customer satisfaction;Aim to deliver very high-quality results;Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;Good capability of managing stress and conflicts;Good listening and questioning ability;Good learning skills;Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload;Be able to adapt to changes and evolution.We offer:Salary setting based on demonstrated experience, working in a dynamic, young, internationally and growth-oriented environment with the support of a multidisciplinary team.
