You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create APIs that deliver meaningful value to our users. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Your success will depend on your ability to effectively collaborate and execute within the product strategy defined by the Senior Product Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team in your role as Product Manager.Formalize requirements and prepare PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and feature request documents.Design and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation to facilitate easy integration and adoption of the API.Work closely with Customer Support to address ongoing issues.Provide support to Customer Success Managers in their efforts to enhance client relationships.Requirements3-5 years of experience in software product management.Bachelor's degree in informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field, with a preference for quantitative-oriented knowledge.Proven experience in managing API products, with a strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.Proficiency in tools like Grafana, Postman, and SuperSet (or other BI tools).Strong data analysis skills, including advanced SQL knowledge.Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or above).Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with products or APIs in the telecommunications sector.Previous experience as a systems analyst or business analyst.Experience with SaaS or developer-focused products.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.1GLOBAL is an equal opportunity employer, we value your character as much as your talent.
