You ensure that the technical implementation aligns with the project's requirements, timelines, and quality standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the development team.You will be involved in defining the architecture of the software system, which includes designing the overall structure, choosing the technical approach and frameworks, and creating prototypes or proofs of concept to Minimum Viable Product & implementing new product features. You will be responsible for making high-level design choices, setting technical standards, and ensuring that the team follows best practices and coding guidelines.You will specifically focus on Field Engagement capabilities. Amgen is using fully integrated and best-in-class technologies, having Salesforce.Com as core architecture & relying on business capabilities enablers such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Your role as technical lead in software development is crucial to the success of our projects.Here are some key aspects of your responsibilities:Technical Guidance and Oversight: Provides technical expertise and guidance to the development team. Responsible for making high-level design choices, setting technical standards, and ensuring that the team follows best practices and coding guidelines.Architecture and Design: Be involved in defining the architecture of the software system, including designing the overall structure, frameworks, procedures, triggers, test class, and creating prototypes, proofs of concept, to MVP and new product features.Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Review code to ensure it meets quality standards, performance goals, and is maintainable. Provide feedback to team members and mentor them to improve coding practices.Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: When complex technical issues arise, the technical lead plays a key role in diagnosing problems, proposing solutions, and guiding the team in resolving them efficiently
