Senior Technical and Functional Expert – Risk Services Department Unlock the opportunity to drive innovation in risk management at the heart of digital transformation! This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week. As a Senior Technical and Functional Expert, you will be part of our client's Information Systems and Digitalization Direction, specifically within the Support Functions SI department, focusing on Risk Services. You will be pivotal in steering projects and maintaining operational conditions of IT applications within leasing and factoring businesses. Your main responsibilities: Drafting user requirements Executing MOA functional acceptance testing Preparing and monitoring user acceptance testing phases Organizing and documenting project follow-up committee meetings Operational coordination of Service Centers Actively supporting and maintaining operational conditions Independently managing evolution and corrective maintenance Quality control, tracking, and validation of deliverables, ensuring adherence to the company's project methodology Drafting functional specifications and testing strategies You're ideal for the role if you have: Proven expertise in user needs documentation and functional testing Autonomy in managing software evolutions and maintenance Skills in SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and various data analysis tools Fluent in French (C1) and English (B1) Strong project management experience, including project deliverables and presentation materials creation #GETREADY to meet with us!
