YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You take over process and result responsibility for searches, some of them close to the board for our TECH area? You control the end-to-end candidate management (optimization of recruiting channels, screening of applications, conducting interviews, contract negotiations) and ensure our quality standards You successfully guide your candidates through the process and are a sparring partner at eye level for your specialist departments You manage both internal sourcing activities and selected recruitment consultancies to build a successful candidate funnel? You are responsible for your recruiting KPIs and actively use them to improve your recruiting activities YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have a successfully completed (business) degree and demonstrable years of professional experience in TECH recruiting You have a good understanding of TECH topics and know, among other things, what native app development is and know the difference between DevOps and SRE You have several years of professional experience with stakeholder management You drive topics forward independently, are proactive and want to actively help shape the growth of our internationally successful company Do you want to develop yourself further?
