Your key responsibilities
Manage multiple technical and advisory Tax Compliance projects to a wide range of domestic and global clients;
Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities;
Manage timings and expectations with customers;
Deliver quality deliverables/solutions using general Tax Compliance knowledge and contribute to the profitable growth by ensuring client engagements are executed in an efficient manner by processes optimization and leveraging on technology;
Advise local and multinational companies in order to align their tax compliance position with their business strategy in order to maintain competitive advantage and provide shareholder value;
Ensure the submission of corporate tax obligations (IRC, IVA, IRS, IMI, etc), as as well as other compliance and reporting obligations (e.g. COPE and CBCR);
Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business;
Contribute to the team's good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Academic Degree in Tax, Economics or similar fields of study, mainly in reference university;
At least 4 years of professional experience in Tax Compliance;
Background in consulting environment, mainly in Big4 or Second Tier companies, is valued;
Easy interaction and special acumen for the its use on tax processes;
Experience in team management;
Some experience in business commercial development;
Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
Full English proficiency.
