We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Finance Team. As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the performance of all day-to-day tax activities, overseeing tax compliance, providing expertise on tax matters, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. This role involves managing tax processes, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting overall corporate tax objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Tax Operations Oversight: oversee daily tax activities, calculations, postings, and ensure compliance with regulations.Tax Filings and Audits: manage preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, declarations, and address tax audits and inquiries by liaising with authorities.Tax Master Data Management: approve and oversee updates to Tax Master Data for accuracy and compliance.Collaboration and Coordination: work with Group Tax, legal teams, and consultants to address issues, risks, and legal disputes.Documentation and Compliance: maintain organized tax documentation to meet recordkeeping standards and ensure availability for audits.Risk Identification and Mitigation: identify potential risks in tax operations and consult with stakeholders to implement efficiency improvements.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? Education: BSc/BA (Hons) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; CPA is a plus.Experience: 3–5 years in tax compliance, planning, and operations, with senior-level responsibilities.Tax Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local and international tax laws, including VAT, Excise Tax, Withholding Tax, and transfer pricing.Technical Skills: Proficiency in tax software and technology solutions; experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.Strong communication, adaptability to changing tax laws, and attention to detail.WHAT IS ON OFFER?
