Senior Talent Strategy Consultant

Description: Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Lisbon office: SENIOR TALENT STRATEGY CONSULTANTHR consultants lead complex projects and develop impactful frameworks/solutions that promote organizational transformations through behavioral changes and HR frameworks.We will count on you to:Develop and manage HR talent, processes and transformation projects;Lead and manage project teams, contributing for their development and proficiency;Develop strong client business relations, identifying and acting on business leads;Implement HR consulting frameworks (HR processes and models);Deliver training and facilitation of workshops;Implement HR Assessment and Development Methodologies;Create innovative and impactful solutions;Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction.What you need to have: Degree in HR, Management or similar;Experience in complex HR project management;More than 5 years of experience;English and Portuguese language work proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;Analytical mindset;Strategic and macro vision;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Critical reasoning and systemic thinking;Curiosity and learning agility;Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;Accountability and ownership.What makes you stand out?Consulting experience;Growth mindset and out of the box thinking.About Mercer
