Responsibilities Work closely with the HR Team to determine the different department's recruitment needs/ statuses and support recruitment discussions.
Headhunt and engage with candidates on LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms.
Screen CVs and screen candidates via Phone and video, as well as write evaluations for candidates.
Recruit for different roles across departments and locations.
Report on the progress or flag issues related to their roles or projects.
Play an integral part in collecting and showcasing external salary benchmarking data and presenting it to the business.
Manage, maintain and improve our ATS (Personio) functions and workflow.
Assist in the writing, proofreading, and publishing of Job Descriptions on all platforms including social media platforms and Job boards.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and give timely feedback to candidates.
Be an internal and external advocate for hiring at Odds Scanner.
From time to time, support the HR team with onboarding initiatives and other HR activities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role for at least 1 year, preferably in-house.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
