As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join an already high-performing global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in growing a world-class organization. Working closely with TA leadership, as well as stakeholders of all levels, you will play a key role in growing the exceptional LastPass teams.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, and acquiring exceptional IT/Engineering professionals to join LastPass
Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to set expectations, lead the recruitment process, and align strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective decision making
Identify and leverage diverse channels, both traditional and cutting-edge, to attract and engage with the best talent in the market
Implement creative and effective strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and meet our hiring goals
Deeply understand the local talent market, industry trends, and competitors to position our company as an employer of choice
Leverage your expertise in Greenhouse as the ATS to streamline and optimize the recruitment workflow
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the hiring process, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure our talent acquisition efforts promote equal opportunities for all candidates
Nurture a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel valued and engaged throughout the recruitment journey
What does it take to work at LastPass?
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter, with a focus on IT/ Engineering roles
Extensive knowledge of Greenhouse or other ATS platforms, including candidate sourcing and management functionalities
In-depth understanding of the local and European talent markets, recruitment trends, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
Fluency in English
