.Senior Specialist GBS HR Services - Compensation PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a European and partially on a global level Direct support to Team Lead in HR Compensation topics (HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, problem solving) Be a contact person and provide professional advice, expertise and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding general and more complex HR Compensation topics. Provide consistent information to employees on HR Compensation topics according to the process and knowledge data base Handle standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket service, email or via phone (if required). Timely execute HR Compensation related general and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with applicable policies (local, regional, or global) and work agreements. Coordinate preparation of data and system audits and execute accordingly Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of defined internal controls Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Compensation procedures, processes, and respective documentation incl
