Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Senior Specialist Corporate Communications will be to
create and implement internal and external communication strategy and all the actions/events within it. This person will liaise with a vast range of stakeholders, like agencies, consultancies, employees, managers, executive board and others, complying with internal and industry procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Develop engaging content – internal and external, for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.Re-build MoonLake templates for internal and external use.Media Relations: Assist in building relationships with media contacts and manage press inquiries.Social Media Management: Maintain and update social media profiles (LinkedIn, website, etc.), analyse engagement metrics, and suggest improvements.Define and implement MoonLake social media strategy.Align with internal and external stakeholders the implementation of MoonLake Social Media strategy.Internal Communications: Support internal communications for Corporate Affairs and MoonLake remaining departments to provide the proper support and ensure consistent messaging within the organisation.Ensure the proper functioning of MoonLake intranet and our internal communications SharePoint.Create the internal and external communications plan and implement it.Event Support: Assist in planning and executing internal and promotional events or campaigns.Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors regarding their communication strategies.Prepare a detailed guide with rules and tips for communications in our industry.Miscellaneous: Perform other duties as assigned by the corporate affairs team.Your ProfileEducation: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role.Experience in a communication(s) consultancy for Pharma or BioTech sectors is a plus.Skills and Abilities: English proficiency.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.Creativity in finding solutions.Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and external partners.Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects and different priorities simultaneously.High level of attention to detail.Personal Attributes: Communicative and creative.Proactive and self-motivated.Adaptable and resourceful.Strong problem-solving skills.Flexible and resilient to strive in a fast-paced environment.Why Us?An exciting job opportunity awaits you!
