The key responsibilities as a Senior Software Engineer include: Meet Design, Develop and test solutions to automate processes, activities and tasks through RPA and Power Platform. Lead a team of high-performing software engineers ensuring they are well engaged, motivated, and contented while achieving their objectives. Responsible for being the liaison between the CoE and Business to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing/deployment activities. Create document libraries, custom lists, and their corresponding features. Design, implement and support RPA, PowerApps and Power Automate solutions. Responsible for enhancements and new development. Maintain and enhance engagement with business, continuous improvement, and IT partners. Promote, enhance, and maintain technical knowledge via benchmarking, seminars, webinars etc. Mentoring & retaining a high-performance team of junior developers. Assigning team responsibilities/work allocations, maintaining job descriptions, monitoring competency building, tasks and quality. Developing performance standards and communicating the Key Result Areas (KRAs). What we need from you: Experience developing enterprise–level applications with IPA tools. Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a plus. Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business users (areas such as office automation, finance, accounting etc.). Strong experience using UiPath tool set (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator). Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, C#, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net. Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs.
