Responsibilities: Oversee software analysis, design, development, and testing using programming languages.Apply microservice architectures successfully.Utilize NoSQL databases, with preferred experience in ElasticSearch (or Dynamo, MongoDB, Redis).Work with event-driven architectures and tools such as Kafka (preferred), Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc.Expertise in C#.NET to tackle complex technical problems.Mentor and coach junior engineers.Promote best practices within the team and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate in an Agile environment and demonstrate leadership within the team.Profile sought: Degree: Bachelor's (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET C#.Technologies: Proficiency in software development architectures, event-driven tools like Kafka, and NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch or MongoDB.Languages: Fluent in English, with Portuguese as a plus.Soft skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
