Senior Software Engineer - C#.Net Core - Nosql

Opportunity: Senior Software Engineer / microservices and NoSQL

Responsibilities:
Oversee software analysis, design, development, and testing using programming languages.
Apply microservice architectures successfully.
Utilize NoSQL databases , with preferred experience in ElasticSearch (or Dynamo, MongoDB, Redis).
Work with event-driven architectures and tools such as Kafka (preferred), Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc.
Expertise in C#.NET to tackle complex technical problems.
Mentor and coach junior engineers.
Promote best practices within the team and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate in an Agile environment and demonstrate leadership within the team.
Profile sought:
Degree: Bachelor's (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET C#.
Technologies: Proficiency in software development architectures, event-driven tools like Kafka, and NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch or MongoDB.
Languages: Fluent in English, with Portuguese as a plus.
Soft skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.
