Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our advertising campaigns across YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through both organic and paid social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Organic & Paid Social Management : Oversee the management of both organic and paid social activities across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Ad Creation : Lead the creation of engaging ad content, including video, graphics, and copy, that aligns with brand messaging and drives measurable results.
Campaign Management : Oversee the day-to-day management of social media campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and achieving KPIs.
Analytics & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize current and future campaigns.
Audience Targeting : Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics and optimize ad targeting for maximum impact.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, advertising features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on both organic and paid campaigns on YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Platform Expertise : Proficiency in advertising platforms, including YouTube Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Creative Skills : Strong ability to conceptualize and create compelling ad content, including video, visuals, and copywriting.
Analytical Skills : Excellent ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Leadership : Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
Communication : Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
Certification in YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, or TikTok advertising.
