We seek a Senior Information Systems Technician and ITSM Specialist for our Innovation and Technological Management team. Your objective is to participate in the evolution, study, and design of CGD's ITSM processes and tools and manage and implement new services and project implementation solutions. You will also oversee the modernization of DSI's IT management processes. Your main functions also include monitoring the continuous improvement of DSI's governance and service management processes. Key responsibilities:   Service Management of ITSM tools; Manage the transition to the new ITSM tool; Manage Clients (Departments and Suppliers); Design Service Solutions; Functional Analysis; Request Management; Incident Management; Change Management. Main requirements Degree and/or Master in Computer Engineering or similar; Minimum of 10 years in Implementation, Transition, Operation, and Management of ITSM Services. Nice to have Experience and knowledge of the ITSM ecosystem implemented in CGD or banking sector (preferential).
