Requirements:
Implementation of the company processes in Service
Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate data to Service
Setup API integration between Service and the company local resources.
Analysis and creation of automated exports from Service to feed the company internal customers' needs.
Analysis and configuration of Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service
Workflow design in Service
Migration of existing tools to Service
ServiceNow Certified (development)
English is mandatory
