Grundfos Portugal is looking for a Service Coordinator within Service & Solutions Department What do we offer?
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced Service coordinator.
This role is responsible for handling customer´s requests (phone calls, orders etc.) and preparing simple quotes. Applying good professional knowledge, builds trust with customers, employees and contractors. Handling correspondence and other administrative matters including service contracts.
What is the job about? Main responsibilities are: Administrative support for all other service colleagues and the different Service processes. Follow-up of completed open service orders, concerning faults, repairs and quotations. Organizing training courses, VCA toolboxes, etc. Creating / changing customers related to the Benelux service. Follow-up of invoice issues. Provide work clothes for the mechanics, order PPE if necessary. Making any kind of reports, translations, letters. Report all service orders that have not yet been completed per week to the relevant responsible department and request that action be taken. Keeping the security passports and keeping an overview of the security passports and diplomas. Your background? We imagine you have: Minimum education level 4, preferably a technical background or equivalent obtained through experience. Local language and English in speech and writing. Experience with pump technology is a plus. Communicative, independent, strong, initiative-oriented, result-oriented. Experience and knowledge of systems, programs such as SAP CS, SAP CRM and other Office applications. Ability to work with processes or participate in projects.
