YOUR ROLE Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that meetings are time-boxed and productive, fostering a collaborative environment.
Guide and mentor Scrum teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Provide coaching on Agile values and principles to team members and stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE Academic background in IT Engineering or similar + 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, II, or III) Additional Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, is a plus Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe is an advantage.
Nice to have Strong communication skills valued Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
