The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to meet the HR needs of our organization and clients.Responsibilities:Configuration Expertise: Proficient in configuring SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on core HR, talent management, and workforce analytics.MDF (Metadata Framework): Proficient in configuring and customizing MDF objects to meet specific organizational data requirements. This includes creating and managing custom objects, fields, and relationships within Employee Central.Object and Data Model Design: Expertise in designing and optimizing the overall data model within Employee Central and SAP HCM, ensuring a scalable and efficient structure to accommodate organizational complexities. Enterprise/personnel/organizational structure creation. HCM feature configuration.Rules Configuration: Skillful in defining and configuring business rules within MDF, automating processes and ensuring data integrity.
