Senior SAP HCM/SuccessFactors ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors configuration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to meet the HR needs of our organization and clients.
Responsibilities: Must-Haves: Configuration Expertise: Proficient in configuring SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on core HR, talent management, and workforce analytics.
MDF (Metadata Framework): Proficient in configuring and customizing MDF objects to meet specific organizational data requirements. This includes creating and managing custom objects, fields, and relationships within Employee Central.
Object and Data Model Design: Expertise in designing and optimizing the overall data model within Employee Central and SAP HCM, ensuring a scalable and efficient structure to accommodate organizational complexities. Enterprise/personnel/organizational structure creation. HCM feature configuration.
Rules Configuration: Skillful in defining and configuring business rules within MDF, automating processes and ensuring data integrity. This involves creating rules for data validation, default values, and dependencies.
Workflow Configuration: Proficient in designing and configuring workflows within Employee Central to automate HR processes. This includes setting up approval workflows for various HR transactions and ensuring smooth process flows.
Consultation and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes, provide expert advice, and lead workshops for solution design and configuration.
Data Migration: Execute successful data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR data into SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
Nice-to-Haves: Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
Upgrade and Enhancement: Experience in system upgrades, applying patches, and implementing enhancements to keep the system up-to-date.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability.
Global Implementation: Experience in implementing SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions on a global scale, considering regional HR nuances and legal requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
