Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Join our team as an FI consultant and process manager for IT template developments and support. You will be responsible for the system design of financial processes and their implementation in SAP R3 for more than 40 legal entities worldwide.
You will be involved in the spin-off of a subsidiary of the Bosch Group and support the establishment of a medium-sized company by copying the ERP system, migrating data, and implementing new financial processes and systems.
Defining and implementing new accounting concepts and financial processes in SAP FI, for example, due to new or changed legal requirements, are part of your responsibilities.
You will coordinate the initiation and implementation of process adjustments, standardizations, and optimizations and support in decisions regarding system selection.
You will act as the interface between accounting and other departments, IT, and central areas and take on the planning and coordination of tests, key user training, and data migrations.
You will ensure knowledge transfer and support for global locations for accounting questions related to SAP FI processes.
In the future, you will also accompany the transformation to S/4 HANA.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Completed university studies (Master's/Ph.D.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience and Expertise: Several years of experience in accounting or SAP rollout projects, with excellent knowledge of SAP-FI (R3 or S/4 HANA), including customization. Good knowledge of adjacent modules CO, MM, SD; solid understanding of financial accounting and integrated processes (logistics, materials management); familiarity with the Robert Bosch corporate group is advantageous. Enthusiasm for process automation and robotics.
Personality and Work Approach: A true team player with assertiveness and implementation skills. You work in a structured, conscientious, and solution-oriented manner, demonstrating independence and initiative. Your strengths include process orientation and conceptual abilities, and your persuasive skills round out your profile.
Languages: Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
The position also requires a willingness to travel.
