Location: Hybrid – Portugal – Lisbon or PortoLanguages: English (Proficiency required)FreelanceTasksDesign and implement SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions to manage customer identities, consent, and profiles.Lead the integration of CIAM solutions across various platforms, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored CIAM solutions that meet regulatory requirements.Develop and execute strategies for data security, privacy, and compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.Provide expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access management.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CIAM and data security.Offer guidance and support in navigating complex data privacy and protection frameworks.Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support ongoing operations and client education.RequirementsExtensive experience in SAP with a strong focus on Customer Data Cloud and CIAM solutions.Proven experience in designing and integrating CIAM solutions with various applications and platforms.Strong understanding of identity management, consent management, and data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks.Expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access management technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Benefits1 year contract + extensionDaily rate up to 300EUR per dayHybrid Role (Lisbon or Porto)#J-18808-Ljbffr
