We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Salesforce Admin/Developerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, business processes, and technical capabilities. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, developing custom solutions, and ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of our business.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings.
Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues as they arise.
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business processes.
Lead Salesforce-related projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize work, and manage project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators and developers.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and development processes.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to the platform.
What you'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
Previous experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex Salesforce projects.
Proficient in Salesforce development tools.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
Certification on Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
