What you will do
Execute all phases of the software development life cycle.
Assess operational needs, costs, and resource requirements for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers as needed.
Work in agile team alongside the Product Owner, applying Salesforce/CPQ best practices and design methodologies, such as use case analysis, object modeling, and UI design, to ensure alignment with business requirements and design objectives.
Identify and address issues requiring attention, resolving them with a clear understanding of the underlying business problem.
Make informed technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap, architecture standards, and management directives.
Deliver projects and tasks in a timely manner, honoring commitments to stakeholders and management. Provide regular project/task status updates during daily scrums to the agile team, product owners, and product managers.
What you need for this
5 years of application development experience
2+ years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and lightning framework
Must have the knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience builder
Must have knowledge and practical application of Salesforce CPQ, both out of the box and customizations
Experience with source control systems like Azure DevOps, GIT
Experience with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ profiles, permission sets, and objects
Experience in Salesforce CPQ integration with external systems and managed packages
Deliver solutions in Agile methodology in CI/CD environment
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-departmentally and cross-functionally
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, planning, and creative problem-solving skills with critical attention to detail
Demonstrated success in facilitation and solutions implementation
Proven track record of leading application development projects
History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations
Ability to perform effective code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the team
Shifted hours 10AM-7PM or 9AM-7PM. Central time overlap required: ~2-4 hours per day
