The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing incoming leads, preparing price offers, and supporting the acquisition and development of existing clients alongside our Customer Success team. While business development is part of the role, the emphasis is much more on managing inbound opportunities and optimizing client interactions.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an international, fast-paced working environment that inspires teamwork, the exchange of ideas and best practices, and is not afraid of change! You love technology and have previous experience in a company selling digital services. Experience in the ad-tech industry is highly desired, as it aligns closely with the products and services we offer.
You are goal-oriented and numbers-driven. Together with the management team, you define clear sales objectives and strategies.
You excel at building relationships with both new and existing clients, are a great communicator, well-organized, and think creatively to achieve results.
You Have:
Strong sales expertise and are a natural communicator.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with digital products, ideally SaaS.
Experience in ad-tech is highly preferred.
You are proficient with spreadsheets and CRM tools such as Hubspot.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
You represent the company at leading industry trade shows around the world.
You focus on managing all incoming leads from the EXADS website, organizing introductory calls, and delivering demos.
You prepare price offers and lead the process to convert incoming leads into clients.
Together with our Customer Success team, you maintain regular contact with existing clients and help them grow with EXADS.
You collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Manager to define marketing actions.
You provide feedback to the technical team, product team, and company management to continuously improve our products, marketing, and documentation.
You monitor competitors and provide insights on their strategies and developments.
You contribute to the definition of the long-term company strategy.
