Grundfos is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Development Specialist to spearhead top-funnel initiatives, including customer profiling, prospecting, outreach, and documentation, aimed at growing our engagement & pipeline with Industrial End-User Global Key Accounts within the sectors of Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and others.
Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define & reach designated stakeholders, setup the team for growth by providing qualified leads and ensure continuous progress within designated accounts.Coordinate planned events with Key Account Managers to enhance client engagement and expansion.Identify, outreach & qualify customer stakeholders to ensure Key Account Manager is well-positioned for further dialogue throughout the sales process.Engage with internal & external stakeholders and ensure consistency in the KAM approach & process.Work as a bridge between Regional & Key Account Sales teams to ensure link between HQ demand and local execution of projects.Document progress & activities through minutes of meetings, SAP CRM & Salesloft.Internal & external stakeholder management.The role requires approx. 7-21 travel days per year (under normal circumstances). Your background: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience.Expertise in sales development positions and adept at handling major accounts.Display competency in locating and appraising decision-makers and influencers during early-stage interactions and information gathering.Ability to get through to decision-makers, qualify HQ prospects into warm leads for KAMs in areas of e.g. engineering, sustainability, reliability, supply chain, procurement.Structured approach to ensure analysis, prospection & results are documented continuously.Familiarity with industrial environments is an asset, aiding in the comprehension of our key industries and customer processes.High English proficiency is mandatory.Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Dutch can be an advantageous skill.What's in it for you?
