What You'll Be Doing
Building a team and forming work streams for the broader Workplace and Expansion teams.
Driving and executing strategic partnerships and projects to grant office space to Revolut.
Managing the function's workflow across multiple countries and ensuring timely execution of goals through company-wide coordination.
Supporting the Regional Heads/Group CEOs in goal setting/benchmarking, strategic and operational reviews, regional leadership, and aligning functional priorities with business goals.
Assisting in strategically expanding the business through detailed market analyses on supply/demand fundamentals, leasing activity, demographics, and economic trends.
Driving ongoing education on the Revolut business model.
What You'll Need
Strong experience managing a real estate portfolio, preferably in various regions.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing external/third party partners in property acquisitions.
Proven people leadership skills in a virtual office environment.
Strong negotiation skills.
Nice to have
Experience setting up new offices in new regions.
