Their projects include both new builds and refurbishments of grand residences in London, with contract values ranging up to £20m. My client has an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia, and has built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a number of upcoming projects located throughout prime central London. Initial projects range up to £10m in contract value, creating prestigious residences of the highest quality. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously. Successful candidates will have stable careers working on various high-end residential projects.
