Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential My client is a long-established, financially secure main contractor who has forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.
They have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.
Their projects include both new builds and refurbishments of grand residences in London, with contract values ranging up to £20m.
My client has an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia, and has built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product.
They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a number of upcoming projects located throughout prime central London.
Initial projects range up to £10m in contract value, creating prestigious residences of the highest quality.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously. Successful candidates will have stable careers working on various high-end residential projects.
This is a permanent position, and my client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors who want a long-term career with them, are ambitious for career progression, and would help develop the team.
