Join the team as a Senior Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of a global portfolio.Your New RoleLead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliabilityDesign, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on complex product requirementsPerform thorough manual testing to identify defects, ensure functionality and validate user experience, including exploratory testingIdentify, document and track defects, working closely with development teamsMentor and support junior QA team members, fostering a culture of learningCollaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software deliveryDesign and execute complex performance tests, analysing results and recommending improvementsWhat You'll NeedDegree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirableExtensive experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role, with deep understanding of software testing methodologiesAdvanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)Experience with performance testing tools is essentialExceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to testingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor junior team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaborationFamiliarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageousGood knowledge of English
