About Our Client Our client is a leading multinational industry.
Job Description Leading a global team of strategic buyers for mechanical components.
Develop and execute strategy in line with worldwide purchasing and business strategy.
Manage relationships and strategic development within respective categories.
Take responsibility for all purchasing processes from contracting, awarding, price negotiation, to delivery escalation.
Support management with annual budget preparation for mechanics commodities; monthly KPI follow-up and alignment.
Initiate and execute technical cost reduction projects.
The Successful Applicant Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field required.
Communication skills as well as a high level of resilience and assertiveness.
Strong leadership and management skills.
7 years of professional purchasing experience.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
