As a Senior Psychologist, you will:
Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of psychologists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Provide support and guidance to the team of psychologists on the standards of teleconsultations to enhance overall service delivery. Organize and lead regular team meetings to facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members. Promote and facilitate regular clinical supervision sessions for psychologists, fostering professional growth and skill development. Address challenges and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance. Conduct teleconsultations with clients, ensuring a high standard of care and adherence to ethical guidelines. Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies. Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the quality of the clinical services provided. Implement best practices and stay updated on the latest developments in clinical psychology and remote consultations. Suggest improvements based on team feedback and industry best practices. To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:
Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology Valid professional registration with the Order of Psychologists Minimum of 10 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist Solid and proven experience in clinical research Knowledge of therapy techniques and psychological interventions Ability to work as part of a team and in collaboration with other health professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in clinical coordination and leadership roles. Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, industry regulations, and best practices.
