You will be responsible to: The Senior Project Controls Engineer will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects by providing comprehensive CapEx project controls support under the responsibility of the Project Director. This includes the development and management of project schedules, budgets, risk management, and performance tracking. The Project Controls Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling. Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Budget and Cost Control: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and allocation. Track project expenditures and forecast future financial performance. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to stay within budget. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans as necessary. Ensure that all project risks are communicated to relevant stakeholders. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement performance measurement tools and techniques. Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for project controls matters. Facilitate communication between project teams—prioritizing Project Managers and/or Project Directors, senior management, and external stakeholders. Ensure transparency and clarity in reporting project status and issues. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the project controls team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities
