Job PurposeExecutes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely mannerJob Description• Participates in defining procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk together with the project manager• Fulfills strategic inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget• Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager• Expedites bids• Conducts all negotiations with vendors• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients relevant to back-charges already notified to the vendors • May serve as technical expert in a Purchasing domainYou are meant for this job if:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent• Minimum 5 years in the related field• Negotiation skillsAdditional SkillsMust have: English Nice to have: FrenchBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
