You will be responsible for taking our return experience to the next level. You will drive the optimisation of our reverse logistics processes and platforms for all European markets, always focusing on providing a streamlined and effortless experience for our customers. You will be crucial for Emma's growth in current and new markets. What you'll do: Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial concept through execution, monitoring and post-implementation review. Create project plans and business cases, define scope, set milestones, manage timelines and negotiate resources with other teams. Process Optimization: Analyse current return processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Evaluate the biggest potentials compared to the effort. Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Customer Feedback Integration: Champion the voice of the customer, utilizing their feedback to identify pain points in the return process, and lead projects that address these issues to improve the overall customer experience. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure project performance, monitor KPIs and make informed decisions. Provide regular project updates including progress reports, risk assessments and recommendations to senior management. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, Operations, Customer Excellence and Country teams to gather insights, identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. What we are looking for: You have 2+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management for the FMCG/E-commerce/Retail industries. You can juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset. As an excellent communicator, you easily manage various stakeholders. You are a strong, out-of-the-box thinker with great business judgment who creates outstanding solutions for complex problems.
