YOUR ROLE



Actively participate in technology projects.
Identify and document technical requirements.
Design technical solutions at the level of ITSM tools, preferably in ServiceNow and failure and performance tools.
Identify business requirements and transpose them into development requirements for digital solutions, following best market practices.





YOUR PROFILE



Academic background in computer science, management IT engineering or information systems.
+ 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience with implementing ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall, MS Project Server, Office, Project.
Ticketing Solutions.
Familiarity with Advanced Architectures and Integration Infrastructures.

Nice to have:

Planning and organization skills.
Task prioritization skills.
Proactivity, team spirit and sense of responsibility.
Good level of English.
